Norpro - 18" x 12.5" Chromed Steel Cooling Rack

Ideal for breads, cookies, cakes and delicate pastries. Sturdy heavy duty, chromed steel in a tight 0.5" wire grid provides optimum support and prevents baked goods from slipping through the rack. Tall 1" legs ensure better air circulation and faster cooling time. High heat-resistant up to 600 °F / 315 °C. Legs will rest inside 19” x 13” baking sheet to use as a baking rack inside the oven.
