The H2O PLUS Glass Water Kettle is made of German-made Schott – DURAN® heat-resistant glass and has ounce and cup markings for easy filling. A gleaming stainless-steel dome, which is easy to clean, covers the highly efficient concealed heating element which boils water faster, quieter and safer than a stovetop kettle. It shuts off automatically when water has reached a boil. It is also handy for preparing French press coffee or heating water for cooking such as preparing yeast, instant soups or re-hydrating dried mushrooms or tomatoes.
