Shipping and Returns



We ship using the best rate between UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.   This insures you are paying the minimum shipping costs while receiving the best delivery.  All of our shipments include a tracking number and are generally delivered within 3 to 5 days. 

When we fill your order, we will only charge you the actual shipping cost.  The shipping charge displayed at checkout is both an estimate and a maximum limit.  You will never be charged more than the shipping displayed at checkout and on the invoice.


Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

ALL other merchandise must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  BEFORE returning the item.  To obtain an RMA you must call us at 1-209-223-0264.   Items returned without a RMA will be rejected and considered abandoned.  Returns will not be accepted for products that are older than 30 days from the original invoice date.  Issuance of a RMA does not guarantee a replacement or refund.

  • The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered
  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • The product must include all attachments, accessories and paperwork.
  • The product must be clean, and in good or unused condition.
  • Authorized returns must be sent prepaid  with a tracking number (no COD's)
  • Returns must have the RMA clearly labelled on the outside of the package.
The product will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.  
Some items may be charged up to a 15% restocking fee.
