Steam Pudding Mold

Steamed puddings need not just be Christmas centerpieces. There are recipes which are delicious almost any time of the year. Really more a deliciously moist cake than a wiggly pudding. The Pudding Mold is decorative so that when the finished pudding (which is firm) is unmolded it retains its decorative shape. Includes lid that clamps tightly shut. The steel construction encourages uniform baking or chilling while nonstick coating provides quick release and easy clean-up.
