Swiss Diamond - Nonstick 12.5" Wok with Lid and Rack

The 12.5” nonstick wok is designed for use with little or no oil for a healthier stir-fry, while still encouraging traditional wok cooking methods. No need for a wok ring. Swiss Diamond woks have a perfectly flat cast aluminum base. It also includes a lid and a tempura rack, which sits on the rim of the wok to drain deep-fried foods. The included tempered glass lid allows you to monitor food without lifting the cover, maintaining flavor and keeping food from drying out. The rotating lid knob opens or closes a steam vent to release or contain moisture as needed.
