Great tool to have, with a different size on either end. Simply place a small amount of dough in the tart tin, dust end of the tamper with flour, push dough down, turning Tamper slightly and you have a nice tart dough shell. Measures 6"/15 cm in length. Large end: 1 5/8" diameter. Small end: 1 1/8" diameter. Solid wood construction. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
